Designed and explored the Health Tips section as an extension of "My Healthcare", creating intuitive mobile layouts to help users discover relevant health and wellness content.                        

Contributed to the UX/UI development of MTL Click through user research, feature ideation, and mobile screen prototyping, helping explore and improve digital experiences for MTL policyholders.

Revamped backend microsites for Customer Management and MTL Fit, improving the usability and visual consistency of internal systems used by staff.
